Each artist field holds exactly one artist. A join such as feat., with, &, x or a comma turns one credit into a new, unlinked artist profile.

How the checker tests it

Flags feat., ft., featuring, with, x, vs., & and + between names, and commas. A duo whose registered name contains & is flagged too; confirm it and dismiss.
