ISRC_DUPLICATE
Error
Identifiers
Same ISRC on different titles in batch
One ISRC identifies one recording. A different recording, including a different version, gets its own ISRC; the same recording keeps its ISRC on every release.
§ 01
How the checker tests it
Flags an ISRC that appears on rows with different titles or versions.
Fix. Assign a new ISRC to the different recording.
§ 02
Examples
This rule compares rows across a batch. Run it in the checker with the sample: rows 5 and 6 of the sample share a title.
