Duplicate track titles within release/batch

No two tracks in a release or batch share a title and version. Near-identical uploads are treated as duplicates.

§ 01

How the checker tests it

Flags rows whose title and version match another row after case and spacing are normalised.

Fix. Rename the version or remove the duplicate.

Examples

This rule compares rows across a batch. Run it in the checker with the sample: rows 5 and 6 of the sample share a title.
